The main conference venue is the Maison de la Recherche on the Mirail Campus of Toulouse 2 University. To get a campus guide or a map, click here. The Mirail campus is 20 minutes away from Toulouse city centre by underground. It was rebuilt very recently and includes great libraries and a bookshop and all facilities for academic work and student accommodation.
The campus is served by Tisséo underground and bus systems (the best thing to do is to come in by underground). Click here for a map of Toulouse Metropolitan Transport System and updated information about the train station, connections and airport shuttles.

We advise that you book your room as soon as possible from the beginning of February onwards. Toulouse is a lively city which hosts numerous cultural and trade events. In April, the International Trade Show of Toulouse, film and music festivals could mean less choice in terms of accommodation.
